If a sales clerk uses a calculator to add HST to $100, is the clerk or the calculator more intelligent? What is the appropriate comparator?
Are Siri and Alexa intelligent?If a computer processes information like a brain–in mathematical terms, if it calculates and works with Bayesian probabilities–is the computer as intelligent as a brain?
If a computer can describe how it solves a problem, does that make the computer as intelligent as a brain?
